I am currently a senior electrical engineer (biomedical engineering) student from Fudan University with a top GPA score. I have committed myself to biomedical engineering research and innovation since my volunteering experience in hospice care center.
My research interest originated from real-clinical problems, like pain monitoring, and ranges from temporal series and graphs’ machine learning to complex network.
With distinguished undergraduate research granting from a Nobel laureate, I completed a complex network control algorithm design with Prof.Zhongzhi Zhang. Besides, I am also engaging in pain monitoring problems and exploring the interpretability of them with the guide from Prof. Gari Clifford.
I will apply for Ph.D. degree at the end of 2021.

An interpretable framework which figure out which and when went wrong is of significance. To address this challenge, we draw on latest interpretable techniques for time series to propose an interpretable framework for pain evaluation.
In this study, we enriched the methods of physiological-signal- based pain classification by introducing deep Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) based hybrid classifier.
Our group participated MIT AIcure 2020 Drug Prediction Competition for CoVid19 drug screening. We achieved 88% of auc-roc results and solved the problem of data imbalance.
Organized the rotation and training of 30 volunteers for a year; Managed multiple festival celebrations and religious community activities
We focus on the node selection problem of grounded Laplacian matrix
